ORDERING GOODS

All items placed through our web site will be subject to acceptance of the order.

When you have submitted a order to us on the web site, you will receive a "bounce back" confirmatory e mail of the order. This e mail does not constitute acceptance of the order by Bretherton Therapy Products. Your order will be accepted by us when full payment has been made and the goods have been despatched to you.

Whilst it is our intention to keep our web site up to date and free of errors, product description and pricing errors may occur. If such an error is found after you have placed your order with us then we will contact you prior to accepting the order with the correct details. You can then either cancel the order or re-confirm the order based on the correct information

DELIVERY

The carriage price where applicable is for delivery to mainland only.
Some postal addresses i.e. Ireland/ off shore islands/Scottish highlands etc may be subject to a higher carriage charge than that shown. You will be notified of this before payment has been taken and before the goods have been despatched.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it unused and undamaged in its original box within 14 days You will then be refunded for the cost of the goods, excluding the carriage to get the goods to you and any credit card handling fees. Please obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
The cost of returning the goods to us will be borne by the customer returning the goods.
